"Exceptional service from start to finish! I called in to get a car insurance quote from Eli Slesk’s Team with State Farm. Someone answered my call the first time I called in, which was so nice!! I’ve experienced the frustration of making calls and not being able to get someone that answers the call, and then waiting for forever to get a return call after leaving a voice message. I very much appreciate that they were available to answer my call and get me taken care of right away!

I let them know I needed to get insurance set up for one car and was transferred to Kameron to get the quote. Kam was amazing to work with and had great customer service! He stayed on the phone with me to get the quote completed since I wanted to get the policy set up right away. The price was by far the best out of all the quotes I had gotten so far. Kam got the policy started for me immediately, which was very helpful! He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and even offered to quote my other 2 cars that I had on a different insurance policy with a different company to see if I could save even more money. The quote saved me over $200/month for my other 2 cars, so I went ahead and set up the insurance for all of my cars and canceled my other insurance policy, which is saving me a bunch of money now!

He also gave me the option to have the insurance that is for my daughter’s car set up on autopay to come out of her own account. Having it this way will be so much easier for me to manage going forward! Now, I’ll only have to worry about the payments for my insurance coming out of my account and I won’t have to worry about collecting the money from my daughter for her car insurance.

The whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Everyone had excellent customer service and I even got my new proof of insurance cards emailed to me before we got off the phone call. I am very happy with their level of service and the savings on my car insurance, while still having excellent coverage on my policies. It’s so nice not having to cut corners on the coverage to try and save money. I have the best of both worlds, great coverage at a great price and I received amazing service to top it all off! I am a happy customer and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services! 😊"

"We have used Eli Slesk’s office for 20+ years and LOVE THEM. His team is amazing- super helpful when we have had accidents and mishaps. They are very transparent and very quick to respond with information or provide help. They also offer to do a lot of leg work for you if needed on things.

I had an amazing experience with them last year after i had an accident in my brand new car. They quickly arranged for a rental so i was never out of a car, and then after i picked up my car that was “fixed,” i found that while the auto body shop had fixed the damage from the accident on the exterior, they actually caused a lot of damage to the INSIDE of my new car. I was SO upset. After two attempts at having that shop fix what they damaged (and they damaged more in the process, which was incredibly upsetting), Eli’s office stepped in and advocated for me and wanted to make sure my car was back in pre-accident condition and that i was happy. They dealt with the auto body shop that caused the additional damage so that i didn’t have to continue dealing with them. Then they helped me get it to a different place that took great care of me and fixed everything perfectly. The ordeal was a nightmare but Eli’s office team was super helpful and helped make it as easy as possible during the 2-3 month process. And i was very happy with the outcome!
